1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website https://bigballoonevents.in or booking event decoration services with Big Balloon Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment Policies

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of an advance token payment or written WhatsApp confirmation from our team.
• Pricing & Taxes: All rates specified on our website or shared via WhatsApp quotes are inclusive of delivery and setup labor unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared upon completion of the setup at the event venue.

3. Doorstep Delivery & Setup Timelines

• Venue Access: The client is responsible for securing necessary society or hotel permission for decorator entry, elevator access, and power outlets.
• Setup Duration: Express room setups take 45–60 minutes; backdrop ring frames take 90–120 minutes. Please grant our team clear access during the requested setup window.

4. Zero Wall-Damage Policy & Care

We exclusively use painter-safe removable gel clips and masking tapes designed for apartment wall surfaces. While we exercise utmost care, Big Balloon Events is not liable for pre-existing peeling paint or structural wall dampness.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Terms

• Rescheduling: Free date rescheduling is available up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled setup time, subject to decorator slot availability.
• Cancellations: Advance token payments are non-refundable if cancelled less than 12 hours before the setup time due to custom props and balloon material preparation.
